Achievements aside, is there anyone NOT interested in this game? I mean… even if you don’t like Star Wars, you gotta admit throwing people around while they actively (and futilely) try to right themselves just sounds fiendishly amusing.

cant wait to pick up a copy...yes, call me 'simple-minded;, but i love hurling defenceless plasticboys into walls, crashing star destroyers into planets and 'choking those whose lack of faith i find disturbing' - graphics, gameplay and pysics seem legit, even if the acheivements may be time-consuming...hopefully, this'll be another huge hit like Academy, Battlefront or KoToR....i wonder if Rapheal Sbarge is in it...
i wonder if say u do it on the higher ones does it unlockthe lower ones, save me some time if it does lol, i was a bit disapointed with battle field bad company didnt lol
I think the word you are looking for is "Stackable", where the achievements for lower levels are automatically unlocked when higher levels are completed.
I know what you mean about Battlefield: Bad Company. Although I enjoyed playing the campaign level, I didn't like repeating it just to unlock the achievements. However, since I generally start on the hardest level, it takes no time at all to redo the easier levels.
it would be awsome if you could use the force to kill people with there own gun.
I got my copy today. Cant wait to get home tonight to start playing. The guy at the store said some whatever rater gave it a 2 of 5. I wish I could have remembered who.. but either way, I am going to have so much fun tonight.
For what it's worth (and free advise is always worth what you paid for it
I have a certain, lets say, predisposition to anything star wars, good or bad (bad being relative sp bad = good). And I will like it no matter what just for the story of it all. Which, in the near future, i need to get the actual book to read. Amazingness.
I keep getting the few preorders I do buy from buy.com because I don't pay tax or shipping...so I won't have mine for another day likely. I'm thinking I should start getting my preorders from ebgames or whatnot, cause I would have the game on my way home from work...but I guess I just like not paying taxes too much.
Also...I think Kotor should be on anyones list of great star wars games...and tie fighter was pretty cool as well.
I'm hearing the story in TFU is simply amazing and that any Star Wars fan will love it. The game is not without problems (like pretty much every game) but very few of them hurt the game in a major way (only one really).
Loved the story line in it, just completed it. gonna go again on the hardest difficulty, and to answer my own question from a month or so ago, the difficulty achievements do stack.
The demo was a lot of fun, I can't wait to buy it!
How many hours do you think it took you to beat it and what difficulty did you play the first time? (same question goes for anyone else who beats it)
Congrats, BTW
Congrats, BTW
I played for a couple hours last night and only completed a couple of levels. Its so much fun throwing people around. So much fun.
Yeah yeah, rub it in.
Oh, I will Force Rub it in. DUR me! hhahaha I cant want to get some more force time into it tonight. I saw a couple of people on for hours and hours (flo and xxmajxx- im lookin your way
